CHARYN starts the 2024 flat season with a bang, opening his four-year-old campaign with an emphatic victory in the Listed Doncaster Mile Stakes.

The Grangemore Stud-bred son of Dark Angel was a G2 winner at two, and put up some strong performances last year the Irish Guineas, St James's Palace and Sussex Stakes against some top opposition. He made the perfect seasonal return today, looking a class apart under Silvestre De Sousa as the pair cruised to a 3.5L success on the opening day of the 2024 turf season.

Roger said "He looks to have done well through the winter, he's a stronger horse this year and we were always keen to come here just to try and get a win on the board and build him back up again... I'd like to go to Sundown for the G2 Bet365 Mile and then the Lockinge"

Congratulations to Mr Nurlan Bizakov.
