CHAR gets off the mark at the second attempt, and QAZAQ makes a wide-margin winning return to the racecourse.
Two-year-old CHAR ran with plenty promise on debut at Salisbury, and he built on that experience in fine fashion this evening, pulling well clear in the final stages for a 5L victory under Silvestre De Sousa. The son of New Bay was a 60,000gns purchase from Book 2.
Congratulations to connections, HRH Prince Faisal & Najd Stud.

Later on the same card, QAZAQ made a winning return to the racecourse, maintaining his unbeaten record after a 307 day absence. The three-year-old gelded son of Kingman made easy headway up the home straight, powering away in the final furlong to justify favouritism with a facile 6L success under Silvestre De Sousa.
Many congratulations to Mr Nurlan Bizakov.
