MATLOOB shows a smart turn of foot at Wolverhampton to shed his maiden tag in style.

The two-year-old son of Dark Angel sat towards the rear of the field and left himself plenty to do as they rounded the home bend. He showed a lightning turn of foot in the final furlong to pick his way through the field and run on well under Jack Mitchell for a cosy victory, shedding his maiden tag at the third time of asking.
