SADDADD impresses on debut at Southwell.
The two-year-old son of Pinatubo got his career off to a fine start this afternoon. Racing over 1m, he settled nicely off the pace under Jack Mitchell, towards the rear of the 9-strong field. As they entered the home straight, Saddadd made his move down the stands’ side rail, quickening away smartly to assert in the final furlong and pass the post 2¾l the better of Crisfords’ Royal Favour.
Congratulations to Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for this exciting colt.
Smart debutant!
