SHADOW DANCE makes the switch to Handicap company at Haydock, and wins in emphatic fashion.
The three-year-old son of Almanzor has hit the frame on a couple of occasions, including second on debut at Windsor back in April, but a switch to Handicap company and a step up in trip proved the ticket for him to land a first career success. James Doyle eased him clear within the final furlong, cruising away for a comfortable 4L victory ahead of Ian Williams’ Golden Maverick.
SHADOW DANCE is a Newsells Park Stud homebred out of the Dalakhani mare Skyline Dancer, and he races under the Newsells’ Ossie Ardiles Syndicate banner.
Congratulations to connections.
🏇💨 Easy!
