The well-bred TAWAJJAH goes one better than his previous two outings, to shed his maiden tag at Wolverhampton.

The three-year-old son of Frankel was runner up on his previous two starts at Windsor and Southwell, but was not to be denied this afternoon in the hands of Jim Crowley. The 1m1½f contest turned into a dash from the home turn, with Tawajjah and Plage De Havre battling it out in the final furlong. But it was TAWAJJAH who came out on top to claim a first career success.

Congratulations to owner/breeder Sheikha Hissa and Shadwell Estate Company.
